According to Humphrey's foster Mom, Ella is quite particular about just Who she cuddles with!!!</span></div><div align="center"><span style="font-size:130%;">Humphrey must be a special guy!!!<br /></div></span><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5603564559635877155-5536271405252560037?l=ibrpal.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Susan Westhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03808772218894205334noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5603564559635877155.post-52350004542248488412007-01-26T23:04:00.000-08:002007-01-26T23:06:54.994-08:00<span style="font-size:130%;">Humphrey is an approximate 2 year old Tri colored English Setter. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;">He has been in foster care since the beginning of January and is doing very well. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;">He loves being around the children ages 4, 8, and 11. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> He makes his rounds through the bedrooms patrolling the whereabouts of the kids before he makes himself comfortable on a bed or a couch. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> Humphrey is completely housebroken and loves to play outside. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> He greets the other dogs neighboring our fence with a nose poke through the fence or a wickedly quick tail! </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> He gets along well with our female pointer and boy do they love to play! </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;">We are working on getting some weight on Humphrey, I believe he has been without food or without enough food during his lifetime, therefore, he does tend to give a warning growl when other dogs approach his bowl when eating. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> It has never escalated past the growl and it has only happened three times and never with a child or adult.<br /><br />Humphrey has learned to sit for treats and responds when asked if has to go out! </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;">Humphrey loves to be near the family when we are home. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> He is crated during the day and out and about in the house at night. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> He does show some hunting potential.</span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> Humphrey is flourishing with love and attention with a splash of understanding that times have been rough for him, but you could make the difference in his life. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> He is so ready for his own home. </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"> He would love for his home to understand that obedience training and great nutrition is all he needs to be the most dedicated love of your life.
